If your facility has not signed up for the World Flex Facility Rewards Program, you will need to complete a Facility Profile. If you are an authorized representative for your tennis facility, you can complete the profile and begin taking advantage of the Facility Rewards benefits.

How the Facility Rewards Program Works
- Your Facility will receive one Facility Rewards Point for each season a player registers to play World Flex Tennis League with your facility listed in their profile.
- There are 3 Discount Levels:
- Silver after 10 Facility Reward Points
- Gold after 25 Facility Reward Points
- Platinum after 40 Facility Reward Points
- Click on Facility Rewards offering from Pro-1 Sports to view products and discounts.
- Points accumulate over a period of 4 months. You can utilize your discount as soon as you reach any Discount Level. You have up to 2 months after each 4 month period to place orders with your discount. Facility Reward Points are updated realtime.
- Period 1: January - April (Place last order by the end of June)
- Period 2: May - August (Place last order by the end of October)
- Period 3: September - December (Place last order by the end of February)
- Log in with your Facility Rewards user name and password to view the current Discount Level for your facility.
- Contact information for Pro-1 Sports will be listed when you log in; they will know your Discount Level.
